"Sadguru gurudeva on Nandi deva"

He is in waiting. The Nandi is a symbolism of eternal waiting, because waiting is considered the greatest virtue in this culture. One who knows how to simply sit and wait is naturally meditative. He is not expecting Shiva to come out tomorrow; he will wait forever. That quality is the essence of receptivity. The Nandi is Shiva’s closest accomplice because he is the essence of receptivity. Before you go into the temple, you must have the quality of the Nandi, to simply sit. You are not trying to go to heaven, you are not trying to get this or that – you go inside and simply sit. So, just by sitting here, he is telling you, “When you go into the temple, don’t do your fanciful things. Don’t ask for this or that. Just go and sit like me.”
The quality of the Nandi is that he just sits,alert.This is very important: he is alert. He is not sleepy, he is not sitting in a passive way; he is sitting, very active, no expectation, no anticipation, no looking forward to anything; full of alertness, full of life, but just sitting and that is meditation. Just waiting. Not for anything in particular. If you just wait without doing your own thing, then the existence will do its thing. Meditation essentially means the individual person is not doing his own thing; he is just there. So, once you are simply there, you become aware of the larger dimension of the existence, which is always in action. You become aware that you are a part of it.Even now, you are a part of it. But becoming aware that “I’m a part of it” is meditativeness. So, the Nandi is the symbolism of that. He just sits. Sitting here, he reminds everybody, “You must sit like me.”

हनुमान चालीसा में छिपे जिंदगी के सूत्र

कई लोगों की दिनचर्या हनुमान चालीसा पढ़ने से शुरू होती है। पर क्या आप जानते हैं कि श्री *हनुमान चालीसा* में 40 चौपाइयां हैं, ये उस क्रम में लिखी गई हैं जो एक आम आदमी की जिंदगी का क्रम होता है।

माना जाता है तुलसीदास ने चालीसा की रचना बचपन में की थी।

हनुमान को गुरु बनाकर उन्होंने राम को पाने की शुरुआत की।

अगर आप सिर्फ हनुमान चालीसा पढ़ रहे हैं तो यह आपको भीतरी शक्ति तो दे रही है लेकिन अगर आप इसके अर्थ में छिपे जिंदगी के सूत्र समझ लें तो आपको जीवन के हर क्षेत्र में सफलता दिला सकते हैं।

हनुमान चालीसा सनातन परंपरा में लिखी गई पहली चालीसा है शेष सभी चालीसाएं इसके बाद ही लिखी गई।

हनुमान चालीसा की शुरुआत से अंत तक सफलता के कई सूत्र हैं। आइए जानते हैं हनुमान चालीसा से आप अपने जीवन में क्या-क्या बदलाव ला सकते हैं….

*शुरुआत गुरु से…*

हनुमान चालीसा की शुरुआत *गुरु* से हुई है…

श्रीगुरु चरन सरोज रज,
निज मनु मुकुरु सुधारि।

*अर्थ* - अपने गुरु के चरणों की धूल से अपने मन के दर्पण को साफ करता हूं।

गुरु का महत्व चालीसा की पहले दोहे की पहली लाइन में लिखा गया है। जीवन में गुरु नहीं है तो आपको कोई आगे नहीं बढ़ा सकता। गुरु ही आपको सही रास्ता दिखा सकते हैं।

इसलिए तुलसीदास ने लिखा है कि गुरु के चरणों की धूल से मन के दर्पण को साफ करता हूं। आज के दौर में गुरु हमारा मेंटोर भी हो सकता है, बॉस भी। माता-पिता को पहला गुरु ही कहा गया है।

समझने वाली बात ये है कि गुरु यानी अपने से बड़ों का सम्मान करना जरूरी है। अगर तरक्की की राह पर आगे बढ़ना है तो विनम्रता के साथ बड़ों का सम्मान करें।

*ड्रेसअप का रखें ख्याल…*

चालीसा की चौपाई है

कंचन बरन बिराज सुबेसा,
कानन कुंडल कुंचित केसा।

*अर्थ* - आपके शरीर का रंग सोने की तरह चमकीला है, सुवेष यानी अच्छे वस्त्र पहने हैं, कानों में कुंडल हैं और बाल संवरे हुए हैं।

आज के दौर में आपकी तरक्की इस बात पर भी निर्भर करती है कि आप रहते और दिखते कैसे हैं। फर्स्ट इंप्रेशन अच्छा होना चाहिए।

अगर आप बहुत गुणवान भी हैं लेकिन अच्छे से नहीं रहते हैं तो ये बात आपके करियर को प्रभावित कर सकती है। इसलिए, रहन-सहन और ड्रेसअप हमेशा अच्छा रखें।

*सिर्फ डिग्री काम नहीं आती*

बिद्यावान गुनी अति चातुर,
राम काज करिबे को आतुर।

*अर्थ* - आप विद्यावान हैं, गुणों की खान हैं, चतुर भी हैं। राम के काम करने के लिए सदैव आतुर रहते हैं।

आज के दौर में एक अच्छी डिग्री होना बहुत जरूरी है। लेकिन चालीसा कहती है सिर्फ डिग्री होने से आप सफल नहीं होंगे। विद्या हासिल करने के साथ आपको अपने गुणों को भी बढ़ाना पड़ेगा, बुद्धि में चतुराई भी लानी होगी। हनुमान में तीनों गुण हैं, वे सूर्य के शिष्य हैं, गुणी भी हैं और चतुर भी।

*अच्छा लिसनर बनें*

प्रभु चरित सुनिबे को रसिया,
राम लखन सीता मन बसिया।

*अर्थ* -आप राम चरित यानी राम की कथा सुनने में रसिक है, राम, लक्ष्मण और सीता तीनों ही आपके मन में वास करते हैं।
जो आपकी प्रायोरिटी है, जो आपका काम है, उसे लेकर सिर्फ बोलने में नहीं, सुनने में भी आपको रस आना चाहिए।

अच्छा श्रोता होना बहुत जरूरी है। अगर आपके पास सुनने की कला नहीं है तो आप कभी अच्छे लीडर नहीं बन सकते।

*कहां, कैसे व्यवहार करना है ये ज्ञान जरूरी है*

सूक्ष्म रुप धरि सियहिं दिखावा, बिकट रुप धरि लंक जरावा।

*अर्थ* - आपने अशोक वाटिका में सीता को अपने छोटे रुप में दर्शन दिए। और लंका जलाते समय आपने बड़ा स्वरुप धारण किया।

कब, कहां, किस परिस्थिति में खुद का व्यवहार कैसा रखना है, ये कला हनुमानजी से सीखी जा सकती है।

सीता से जब अशोक वाटिका में मिले तो उनके सामने छोटे वानर के आकार में मिले, वहीं जब लंका जलाई तो पर्वताकार रुप धर लिया।

अक्सर लोग ये ही तय नहीं कर पाते हैं कि उन्हें कब किसके सामने कैसा दिखना है।

*अच्छे सलाहकार बनें*

तुम्हरो मंत्र बिभीसन माना, लंकेस्वर भए सब जग जाना।

*अर्थ* - विभीषण ने आपकी सलाह मानी, वे लंका के राजा बने ये सारी दुनिया जानती है।

हनुमान सीता की खोज में लंका गए तो वहां विभीषण से मिले। विभीषण को राम भक्त के रुप में देख कर उन्हें राम से मिलने की सलाह दे दी।

विभीषण ने भी उस सलाह को माना और रावण के मरने के बाद वे राम द्वारा लंका के राजा बनाए गए। किसको, कहां, क्या सलाह देनी चाहिए, इसकी समझ बहुत आवश्यक है। सही समय पर सही इंसान को दी गई सलाह सिर्फ उसका ही फायदा नहीं करती, आपको भी कहीं ना कहीं फायदा पहुंचाती है।

*आत्मविश्वास की कमी ना हो*

प्रभु मुद्रिका मेलि मुख माही, जलधि लांघि गए अचरज नाहीं।

*अर्थ* - राम नाम की अंगुठी अपने मुख में रखकर आपने समुद्र को लांघ लिया, इसमें कोई अचरज नहीं है।

अगर आपमें खुद पर और अपने परमात्मा पर पूरा भरोसा है तो आप कोई भी मुश्किल से मुश्किल टॉस्क को आसानी से पूरा कर सकते हैं।

आज के युवाओं में एक कमी ये भी है कि उनका भरोसा बहुत टूट जाता है। आत्मविश्वास की कमी भी बहुत है। प्रतिस्पर्धा के दौर में आत्मविश्वास की कमी होना खतरनाक है। अपनेआप पर पूरा भरोसा रखे, और अपने लक्ष्य को पूरा करे।

I am reminded of a little boy who was visiting his grandmother.
There was a large picture of Sri Vishnu on the wall of her living room.
Underneath the picture was caption: God is Watching You!
The little boy became strangely quite and subdued on seeing the picture.
Noticing his mood, his grandmother asked him what the matter was.
"I suppose I must be good and behave myself here," replied the little boy.
~"If God is watching me, He is sure to punish me if I'm naughty."~
"Not at all!" Laughed grandmother.

जिस दिन हम ये समझ जायेंगे कि,सामने वाला गलत नहीं है सिर्फ उसकी सोच हमसे अलग है,उस दिन जीवन से दुःख समाप्त हो जायेंगे । "बड़प्पन" वह गुण है जो पद या उम्र से नहीं, "संस्कारों" से प्राप्त होता है।

भगवान ने सभी को धनुष के आकार के होंठ दिये है,मगर इनसे शब्दों के बाण ऐसे छोड़िये,जो सामने वाले के दिल को छू जाये,ना की दिल को छेद जाये..

हम जिसे सफलता समझ बैठे है, वह सफलता है नहीं, बस दिखाई पड़ती , हर चीज़ जो दिखाई पड़ती है, सत्य से बहुत परे होती है। हम उसे सफल आदमी समझ लेते है, जो आर्थिक रूप से सम्पन्न है, या जो बहुत पढ़ा लिखा है, या जो ऊँचे पदों पर आसीन है, जिसके चारों ओर लोगों की भीड़ है। सफलता का ये पैमाना ग़लत है, ऐसे आदमी के पास स्वयं के जीने के लिए एक भी क्षण नहीं होता, वह कभी अपना जीवन नहीं जी पाता, उसकी सारी चेतना दूसरों को दिखाने गुज़र जाती है, वह वास्तविकता से बहुत दूर होता है, उसे स्वयं का अपनी नज़रों में कोई सम्मान नहीं होता, उसका पूरा जीवन प्रेम शून्य होता है। सफल वह है ,जिसके जीवन में प्रेम है, करूणा है, जो स्वयं का सम्मान करता है, जिसे दूसरों के सम्मान की तनिक भी आकांक्षा नहीं है। ऐसा व्यक्ति कहीं भी हो, चाहे ऊँचे पदों पर या नीचे पदों पर, चाहे आर्थिक रूप से अति सम्पन्न हो या न हो, चाहे वो उच्च शिक्षित हो या सामान्य , बस यही व्यक्ति सफल है।

चावल अगर कुमकुम के साथ मिल जाऐं तो किसी के मस्तक तक पहुंच जाते हैं !और दाल के साथ मिल जाऐं तो खिचड़ी बन जाते है .!!अर्थात .....हम कौन हैं उसके महत्व से ज्यादा......किनकी संगत में हैं , यह बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है......!!!

जानिए रामायण का एक सत्य...

केवल लक्ष्मण ही मेघनाद का वध कर सकते थे..क्या कारण था ?..पढिये पुरी कथा
                        ॐ
     हनुमानजी की रामभक्ति की गाथा संसार में भर में गाई जाती है। लक्ष्मणजी की भक्ति भी अद्भुत थी। लक्ष्मणजी की कथा के बिना श्री रामकथा पूर्ण नहीं है अगस्त्य मुनि अयोध्या आए और लंका युद्ध का प्रसंग छिड़ गया ।

    भगवान श्रीराम ने बताया कि उन्होंने कैसे रावण और कुंभकर्ण जैसे प्रचंड वीरों का वध किया और लक्ष्मण ने भी इंद्रजीत और अतिकाय जैसे शक्तिशाली असुरों को मारा॥

     अगस्त्य मुनि बोले- श्रीराम बेशक रावण और कुंभकर्ण प्रचंड वीर थे, लेकिन सबसे बड़ा वीर तो मेघनाध ही था ॥ उसने अंतरिक्ष में स्थित होकर इंद्र से युद्ध किया था और बांधकर लंका ले आया था॥
    ब्रह्मा ने इंद्रजीत से दान के रूप में इंद्र को मांगा तब इंद्र मुक्त हुए थे ॥ लक्ष्मण ने उसका वध किया इसलिए वे सबसे बड़े योद्धा हुए ॥

    श्रीराम को आश्चर्य हुआ लेकिन भाई की वीरता की प्रशंसा से वह खुश थे॥ फिर भी उनके मन में जिज्ञासा पैदा हुई कि आखिर अगस्त्य मुनि ऐसा क्यों कह रहे हैं कि इंद्रजीत का वध रावण से ज्यादा मुश्किल था ॥

     अगस्त्य मुनि ने कहा- प्रभु इंद्रजीत को वरदान था कि उसका वध वही कर सकता था जो.....

  (१) चौदह वर्षों तक न सोया हो,

   (२) जिसने चौदह साल तक किसी स्त्री का मुख न देखा हो और

   (३) चौदह साल तक भोजन न किया हो ॥

       श्रीराम बोले- परंतु मैं बनवास काल में चौदह वर्षों तक नियमित रूप से लक्ष्मण के हिस्से का फल-फूल देता रहा॥
    मैं सीता के साथ एक कुटी में रहता था, बगल की कुटी में लक्ष्मण थे, फिर सीता का मुख भी न देखा हो, और चौदह वर्षों तक सोए न हों, ऐसा कैसे संभव है ॥

     अगस्त्य मुनि सारी बात समझकर मुस्कुराए॥ प्रभु से कुछ छुपा है भला! दरअसल, सभी लोग सिर्फ श्रीराम का गुणगान करते थे लेकिन प्रभु चाहते थे कि लक्ष्मण के तप और वीरता की चर्चा भी अयोध्या के घर-घर में हो ॥

   अगस्त्य मुनि ने कहा – क्यों न लक्ष्मणजी से पूछा जाए ॥

    लक्ष्मणजी आए प्रभु ने कहा कि आपसे जो पूछा जाए उसे सच-सच कहिएगा॥

     प्रभु ने पूछा- हम तीनों चौदह वर्षों तक साथ रहे फिर तुमने सीता का मुख कैसे नहीं देखा ?, फल दिए गए फिर भी अनाहारी कैसे रहे ?, और १४ साल तक सोए नहीं ? यह कैसे हुआ ?

    लक्ष्मणजी ने बताया- भैया जब हम भाभी को तलाशते ऋष्यमूक पर्वत गए तो सुग्रीव ने हमें उनके आभूषण दिखाकर पहचानने को कहा ॥  
 
    आपको स्मरण होगा मैं तो सिवाए उनके पैरों के नुपूर के कोई आभूषण नहीं पहचान पाया था क्योंकि मैंने कभी भी उनके चरणों के ऊपर देखा ही नहीं.

    चौदह वर्ष नहीं सोने के बारे में सुनिए – आप औऱ माता एक कुटिया में सोते थे. मैं रातभर बाहर धनुष पर बाण चढ़ाए पहरेदारी में खड़ा रहता था. निद्रा ने मेरी आंखों पर कब्जा करने की कोशिश की तो मैंने निद्रा को अपने बाणों से बेध दिया था॥

      निद्रा ने हारकर स्वीकार किया कि वह चौदह साल तक मुझे स्पर्श नहीं करेगी लेकिन जब श्रीराम का अयोध्या में राज्याभिषेक हो रहा होगा और मैं उनके पीछे सेवक की तरह छत्र लिए खड़ा रहूंगा तब वह मुझे घेरेगी ॥

     आपको याद होगा राज्याभिषेक के समय मेरे हाथ से छत्र गिर गया था।

    अब मैं १४ साल तक अनाहारी कैसे रहा! मैं जो फल-फूल लाता था आप उसके तीन भाग करते थे. एक भाग देकर आप मुझसे कहते थे लक्ष्मण फल रख लो॥
     आपने कभी फल खाने को नहीं कहा- फिर बिना आपकी आज्ञा के मैं उसे खाता कैसे?

      मैंने उन्हें संभाल कर रख दिया॥ सभी फल उसी कुटिया में अभी भी रखे होंगे ॥ प्रभु के आदेश पर लक्ष्मणजी चित्रकूट की कुटिया में से वे सारे फलों की टोकरी लेकर आए और दरबार में रख दिया॥ फलों की गिनती हुई, सात दिन के हिस्से के फल नहीं थे॥

    प्रभु ने कहा- इसका अर्थ है कि तुमने सात दिन तो आहार लिया था?

     लक्ष्मणजी ने सात फल कम होने के बारे बताया- उन सात दिनों में फल आए ही नहीं :—

१--जिस दिन हमें पिताश्री के स्वर्गवासी होने की सूचना मिली, हम निराहारी रहे॥

२--जिस दिन रावण ने माता का हरण किया उस दिन फल लाने कौन जाता॥

३--जिस दिन समुद्र की साधना कर आप उससे राह मांग रहे थे, ।

४--जिस दिन आप इंद्रजीत के नागपाश में बंधकर दिनभर अचेत रहे,।

५--जिस दिन इंद्रजीत ने मायावी सीता को काटा था और हम शोक मेंरहे,।

६--जिस दिन रावण ने मुझे शक्ति मारी,

७--और जिस दिन आपने रावण-वध किया ॥

  इन दिनों में हमें भोजन की सुध कहां थी॥ विश्वामित्र मुनि से मैंने एक अतिरिक्त विद्या का ज्ञान लिया था- बिना आहार किए जीने की विद्या. उसके प्रयोग से मैं चौदह साल तक अपनी भूख को नियंत्रित कर सका जिससे इंद्रजीत मारा गया ॥

    भगवान श्रीराम ने लक्ष्मणजी की तपस्या के बारे में सुनकर उन्हें ह्रदय से लगा लिया ।

     जय  शेषावतार लक्ष्मण भैया की
     जय संकट मोचन वीर हनुमान की

Fathers day without you︵‿✿‿︵

From now on Every Father’s Day is going to be a painful reminder of your absence in my life.Dad,I wish I could just turn back time and live out every single day of my childhood with you as if it were a grand Father’s Day.Dad, your memories have become my heartbeats,which means I am thinking of you all the time just to stay alive. I miss you.I never knew that being fatherless would make me feel so aimless, worthless, helpless, powerless and heartless. Just one last chance,and I wish I could get to hug you.Then I would hold you tight and never let go. How do you expect me to cope up with the grief your death, when you were the only person who understood me for what I was and not for what I could be?A free~spirited person like you can never be proclaimed dead. You may not be around in person but your spirit will live on forever in our hearts. I miss you dad.I miss you dad. Friends It doesn’t matter whether it has been weeks,months or years,the pain of losing a father(parent)will keep pinching you for a lifetime.You will be able to relate to this fact if you have lost a dad. Death is life’s bitterest truth and there is no point in being in denial.Its ok to cry your heart out and give your soul a release.This is the only way you can truly mourn, move on and accept reality that he has passed away. Think of the beautiful childhood memories,think of how much he loved you, think about his warm hugs, think of how he cared for you and most importantly,think of how even today,he is watching down on you like the angel that he has always been.....popsie moi soulmate...i miss you so so much.. .
And ever since you went away papa,i am broken to the core of moi soul,there is a pain in the heart,that can become unbearable.I noticed that the longing from which i am suffering so much,becomes more and more difficult to bear.Something in moi is full of sorrow,so deep that i cannot reach it, can't analyze it,the claws of pain are tearing moi heart apart.Something in moi is crying desperately,can't get an idea why all is bleak,and there seems no hope at all,anywhere. There are times i think death would be better,i can't offer a rational explanation for this mood.but i would give anything to just die,I don't even know what causes it.Its just confusion,despair,sheer despair,quite simply,thats all i know,an endless longing ,a terrible tremendous desire,but for what ? For that which is so evasive,so far away,a non ending torment.Lately when i begin to cry,i just cannot stop, such a helpless feeling of despair comes over moi,moi heart wounded by so much longing,i simply cant bear it.Moi nervous system is shaken,So much sorrow is in moi soul that there is no speech left to express it,have no desire to speak.I am sort of empty. Everything seems to be dead.No desires are left,only one,only this terrible,deadly longing,but there seems to be no hope.It is a sort of peace made of darkness,and the most amazing thing is that something in moi doesn't mind this sorrow.More and more of it as if i were interested to see how far it can go.Where is the very depth,the end, the bottom of it?For reasons which are beyond moi understanding,i want more and more of this sorrow.I don't sink from sorrow why? It seems as if the whole of moi desire would be to dissolve,to be submerged by it, all seems to be still inside moi as if something has died deep in moi. Do not want to ask any questions, do not want to speak,people around moi their converstions torment moi core of the soul,even the mind seems completely still. Cry as you once cried to your mother or father, ‘Where are You? You made me. You are in the flowers, in the moon, and in the stars. Must You remain secret? Come to me. You must. You must.’
With the intellect and the love of your heart, tear at the veils of silence. With the rod of devotion churn the ether, and it shall produce God.”
“Your soul’s message cannot reach God through your mental microphone if it is broken by the hammers of restlessness. You must repair that microphone by practicing deep silence both in the morning and before sleep, until all restless thoughts disappear. Then, affirm deeply, ‘My Father and I are One,’ until you feel the response of God as deep, increasing peace. This peace will not be felt except through practice of the right method of meditation. This increasing peace, or bliss, is the surest proof of God’s contact and response.”
